Brazil: Week 20 - Videos from the First Half of the Year

I was back in Brazil this week, but confess I have done very little work on my project as my wife came back to Brazil with me and it has essentially been our honeymoon.  However, I have finally uploaded all of the videos I've made at the projects during the past several months, now that I have a little faster internet connection.

In Rio de Janeiro at Ação Social pela Música:

March 27 - Complexo do Alemao Nucleo-Advanced Orchestra Rehearsal (excerpt)

In Campos dos Goytacazes at Orquestrando a Vida:

June 4 - Second half (the "fun" half) of the concert by the David Machado Orchestra at the Joao Caetano Theatre in Rio de Janeiro.  This is a great example of the less serious and fun repertoire that the project always does, and this actually includes and actor doing a comedic skit woven in pretending to be a famous conductor

June 4 - Encore of "Carinhoso" by the David Machado Orchestra at the Joao Caetano Theatre in Rio de Janeiro (excerpt because my battery ran out)

June 15 - Performance of "Melody" by Haydn by the Children's Orchestra at the headquarters
